  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are included and intact.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose your preferred pickup time via our portal, and a courier will arrive within 48 hours to collect your return package.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
